Specifications -

For outdoor weddings or events, a tent or other roof covering is required if excessive heat or rain is expected.

Two straight-backed chairs are requested.

For receptions or parties, Tapestry will play for 45 - 50 minutes and take a 10 minute break every hour.

For events more than 75 miles from Hickory, there will be an additional charge.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid on the day of the event.

 

Fees -

Receptions, parties, dinners, meetings, ambient entertainment, etc. - $400.00    for 2 hrs. or less

Wedding ceremony - $500.00 includes 30 min. prelude, processional and recessional music chosen from our repetoir

Wedding reception - $400.00    for 2 hrs or less

Wedding ceremony & reception -  $750.00

Rehearsal - one of us will attend a rehearsal for an additional fee of $25.00

Sound amplification - if the venue space is large, you may desire the sound to be amplified. We have a sound system that we will provide for an additional $50.00.
